    good morning fellow VFR riders,
I just wanted to tell y'all about my recent experience with installing a Leo Vince system on my '06 VFR.
First step, removal of the old silencers. It was tougher than I thought it would/should be. The header clamp bolts would harder budge and when I gave them a determined twist, they both snapped at their midpoint. Seemed a little strange to me. Especially since the bike is not that old. Other than that, the OEM system came off fairly easily.
Second step, install of Leo Vince system. It all went together fairly smoothly, it took me a couple of tries to get it all to line up properly and the rubber gaskets that line the exhaust hangers are kind of a bitch to keep from falling out while installing. The whole process took me about 2 1/2 hours. I kept the spuds in for about 10 minutes. The sound was a little bit metallic w/ them in. But when I removed the spuds, the sound was HEAVENLY!!! It sounds great, and it's pretty damn loud. I almost feel bad riding around on something that loud, I try to keep the revs down when riding thru residential areas, but then I think of all the obnoxiously loud Hardly Ablesons and I don't feel so bad anymore.
Summary...the Leo Vince system was fairly easy to install, looks great, sounds AWESOME, and receives my full recommendation.

    Cheers,
    Jeff

Any idea what your luggage options would be with that setup?

Trying to decide on the SW-MOTECH quick-lock setup...I like the idea of being able to remove it relatively quickly & easily, but wondering if anything other than factory cans will pose problems with mounting..?

Standard OEM luggage will mount the same with most aftermarket cans that fit in place of the stock cans. I have the Leo Vince and utilize the OEM side bags.
