I have a 1985 VFR500 that is missing the rear swing arm nut(the long one that holds the wheel to the swingarm), What size is this on my bike? I can't find the original and I don't want to take my wheel completely off.Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

    Eric,

Alll I have is the Honda Part #'s for the 83/84 VF750F, they should be similar.

    90121-MB2-000 Bolt, R, Swingarm Pivot
    90122-MB2-000 Bolt, L, Swingarm Pivot

The manual has no specificiations for the part, just the part #'s.

I hope that helps, in some way. If not, hopefully, someone else will chime in for you.

EDIT: Crap. Sorry, mate. Those are the bolts for the actual swingarm to the frame and NOT the wheel.

If you are talking about the long bolt that goes through the rear sprocket, flange and wheel.....

    42301-MB2-000 AXLE, RR Wheel

And again, no specs on it, just the part #.

Hope that helps....in some odd, twisted way.
