Pulled the Trigger Today!

Congrats on your purchase! You will never regret it. I bought my red 07 in September of last year, and it now has 4k miles on it, all out playing. Welcome into the fold brother.

I bought on Dark Candy Red '07 in '07 and have loved the bike. I've never been a big fan or red but this ready looks really good. I would change the exhaust so you can here the V4 rumble.

 

I'd say that would be a hanging offense.... Damn H.C.D.! Gulp! I'm sure glad that's not Kawasaki Green paint I used on the upper triple clamp and swingarm of my bike.

 

I'll ditto the concrats and the welcome HCD! You're a lucky man, it must be like Christmas all over again except that you actually got what you wanted! :biggrin:

 

Be careful I got questioned for mentioning that I was getting an exhaust.

 

Man, that is one wild paint job! Did you do it yourself?

Thanks H.C.D. The artwork on the tank and seat cowl were my ideas,but Shawn Hansen of Shark Signs and Designs did the actual paintwork on those two pieces. I disassembled the entire bike myself and had my buddy Pez do all the rest of the paintwork. I'm not done yet though,there's more to come if the economy ever picks up.
