Does the V.A.L.E. system and the OEM hard luggage fit together? I am ordering luggage tomorrow and condsidering the 2Bros V.A.L.E. system. If you have pictures that would be helpful. Thank you and ride safe.

PS. If you have a 2Bros system, how do you like it?

    Two Brothers "Stash"

Hello Mark, I have a Two Brothers "Stash" system purchased in 2003. I chose this system because...
    1. I saved 10 pounds in weight.
    2. The " fake" can on the left allows me some storage space.
    3. I like the look.
    4. I like the sound.
Over all I'd give it a 9 out of 10.

I have read that there is no problem with the oem and the oval v.a.l.e system. But I wonder if you use soft luggedge if there is a problem with the right side heat. Also have you found any decent prices?

    2 Bros and Luggage

Just joined the forum a couple weeks ago and a new rider as well. Just picked up my brand spanking new 2007 RWB a couple weeks ago. It had only 5 miles on it. Before possession I had them slap on the 2 Bros V.A.L.E cans for me and a K&N Air Filter. Love them, the sound great and look even better.

As for the luggage, I can tell you in a week or so whether they fit or not. The cheapest place I found was at Motorcycle, ATV, Scooter, & Watercraft - Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Yamaha Accessories. The problem with them is it takes a couple days for them tho respond to my emails and they don't have a number you can dial. The next cheapest, and where I decided to purchase mine was at Honda Motorcycle Parts – motocross, cruiser, touring, off-road & more parts & accessories for motorcycles and ATVs from Honda Parts Direct.. Craig was super great. My saddle bags will ship today. As for the Trunk, they are having a problem with that one. Craig mentioned that he is in contact with Honda and they are checking right now. He doesn't believe they carry that part anymore. Not him, but Honda itself. Called in the meantime of writing this and this is the most bizarre thing I have heard in a long time. Apparently, they never made the Trunk in Blue. That baffles me. He got this directly from Honda. So he said that he could sell me a Black one and I could have it painted...not sure what to do on this one. Totally weird.

Do you have the quiet insert in them? How loud are they? I want a bit more rumble and depth without pissing too many folks off. Please post up some pics of them with the bags on too. That would be great. Thanks. Congratulations and ride safe.

PS. Just out of curiosity, what did you pay for your pipes?

I have the Stash system and I like it alot. It gives you a little storage and it sounds like a little V8. When the other valves kicks in it gets nice and loud.

The catalytic converter does a good job keeping everything quiet. You probably won't need any more restriction than that for a quality sound that isn't a nuisance.
As far as fitment, I can't speak for the TBR's, but you may have to play with the brackets a little to keep them off the cans. Best bet is to have a friend there to offer some added muscle if you have to pull them a little. I did it by myself and used a regular car scissor jack and a scrap wood to attain the necessary space. There is a plate on the rear which mounts behind the license plate and I used only the 2 outer holes to hold the gap. Later on I cut some aluminum pieces to facilitate using all 4 bolts for added strength. I'll try to get some good pics up this weekend.

    Finally got the bags on

Okay...man has it been a while. Anyhoo, finally got the bags on. Wasn't to bad but needed quite a bit of muscle power to get everything lined up. All in all it came out pretty good I think. Here a couple shots of the final product.
