I own a tire repair kit, and I would religiously move it from bike to bike. (Okay, yeah, I own four bikes. Hey, some of us are sicker than others. Deal with it) Then I realized one day - if I ever need to repair a tire, I'm only gonna ride it as far as the repair shop, and then replace the darn thing with a new tire.

SO...instead of the hour-by-the-side-of-the-road repair kit, I bought a can of Inflate-A-Flat for each bike. Duh, huh? I mean, am I missing something here? Pretty much any and every puncture that you'd fix with a kit can be plugged up with the Inflate-A-Flat, right?

    Thoughts, opinions, donations?
    Thanks,
    Dennis

Hour by the side of the road?? Maybe if my grandma was doing it! I had my (completely) flat tire fixed in 10 minutes with a plug repair kit. Genuine Innovations is a good brand to use.

Not always. Depends on the size and type of puncture.

Okay, okay...a LITTLE exagerration there, on the repair time. Hey, sometimes ya just need the drama. I've been lucky so far - never had a flat, but I know it's inevitable. Repair kit or tire in a can, something is better than nothing.
    Thanks!
