I just got my 1984 VFR700 and It had reagular 10-30W oil in it. I just changed its oil and swithced to fully synthetic 10-30W should I just run regular 10-30W? Is there going to be a difference if I run regular or full synthetic?

Where do you live? 5w30 has a lighter weight for colder climate startups, but 10w30 is a good safe choice and it what I run. Just make sure that the synthetic oil that you are using is "wet clutch safe." The only way you could run into problems is if you used a "environmental" or "economy" oil which may have certain additives added to reduce engine friction in the interest of better gas mileage. These type of oils that could cause your clutch to slip...sometimes severely. There is usually a "JASO" or something like that on a quart that is japanese motorcycle safe. Just buy a motorcycle specific synthetic oil and all will be well.

10W-30 may not be best for your bike!
in a warmer climate and/or older, high-mileage motor using 10W-40 would be better.
    Some synthetics offer 5W-50 also......

I use Amsoil 0W-40. Flows freely for startup but protects as well as 40 weight at operating temp.

It would be interesting to hear from the OP if switching to a synthetic caused clutch slippage, seal failures ect.

The viscosity ratings so far as I can tell are the same for synthetics, semi-synthetics and dino juice.

From an engineering paper on lubrication by Dave Mann:

Will synthetic oil cause the wet clutch in my
    motorcycle to slip?

Whether the oil is a petroleum oil or synthetic is not the issue here. As stated
previously, synthetic oil is not more slipperyā€¯ than petroleum oil. Both petroleum oil and synthetic
oil for automotive use has friction modifiers blended in, which are typically not compatible with wet clutch applications.
There are motorcycle specific oils blended specifically for motorcycle applications with wet clutches that should be used in
motorcycles. These lubricants do not have any friction modifiers blended in.
