There is a 1986 VFR for sale in my city. The bike is red and has the decal HRC in red white and blue on the tail. The bike has two short pipes surrounded by a chrome ring on the fairing just down and forward of the handle bars on the right and left side. It looks like they could be connected to some kind of air intake on either side. I have scanned google images and cannot see another bike with these pipes on the fairing - is this a custom job or what? The bike can be seen at Kijiji Winnipeg under motorcycles "vfr"

    Any information would be appreciated

    Past?

Does the current owner have any insight as to what these are for? It is possible they are to some kind of ram air? The sticker is just a sticker most likely.
