    hi, im looking for a gas cap for an 85 vf700f also i could use an ignition, matching keys would be great. please let me know if any other models will work, ebay rarely has anything specifically for the 700f

    that's a tough one. you know I did see an old VF500 in a cycle junkyard in san luis obispo a couple years ago and I would think the gas cap and ignition could possibly be the same. the name of the shop/yard is bit's and pieces....here's the info stolen from the internet:
