    Seems to me like Toe has gotten the run around from your people over this matter for far too long. Now you come here trying to look like a knight in shining armor. Shame on you and your company Dr. Juan Delgado. I hope you enjoyed all this negative publicity your company received over a simple customer service dispute.

    Thank you for seeing thru his ploy.

    I want to see Foster answer (and apologize) for not responding to all of Toecutter's emails and phonecalls to him. I want to see him apologize for badmouthing him to his bank. I want to see him apologize for being such a dirty scumbag and running a shady business that tries to take advantage of people. I want to see him reimburse Toecutter for shipping, and offer some means of making up for it....maybe by sticking his head in a bull's ass!

    This sounds just like that other guy who took advantage of some of our members and then would come online, and try make it look like the member was at fault and never contacted him....or act like it was all a misunderstanding.

    Don't fall for his lies so easily folks. He has a DR before his name because he is always making his customers drop their pants and bend over! :ncb:

    can i ask a question i thought that robert foster was the president of the company? and the dude just join this month to do what? tell everyone that they are trying to work this out TOE i hope you fuck these guys hard for the inability to just answer a damn phone!

    This is a joke as many things this big take longer than 7 days to ship! Also, when your shipping dept. is so slow it takes over a month for the customer to get the part you tell the customer "piss off, we don't care if you wound up not liking it, it been past the 7 days, because we cant get out shit together."

    You obviously don't because if you did, this would have never been posted here and on many other motorcycle websites. All this is about is a customer complaining that the part does not fit, and your company doing jack to resolve the issue. DO NOT LIE! That's what has gotten your ass in this jam.

    If this means "We stand by our product 100% so if it doesn't work, then the customer must have fcuked it up," then this statement and your actions are true. However, most rational beings see this statment as, "We stand by our product 100%, so if it doesn't work, we apologize and will do everything possible to fix it." Your thinking obviously follows the former rather than the latter. Again, DO NOT LIE! That's what has gotten your ass in this jam.

    Then do it! In fact, if you really felt this way, then we wouldn't be discussing this and you may have had more orders from members of this website and members of others.

    I want you to know, and everyone else who reads this, this kind of customer service that is in question about FosterRAD is not an isolated incident. If you review the other thread on this forum, you will see that it happened to other people with other bikes. The only consistency has been the total lack of customer service toward each of the paying customers and then it being taken to the next level of blaming the customer.

    FosterRADs official customer service policy has been posted. What they do not post, and try to hide, is their unofficial and active customer service policy:

    1. Lure customer, act nice and respectable, sell product.
    2. Once funds have been collected, ignore customer.
    3. Keep ignoring customer's email and phone calls for several months
    3a. This includes giving the customer the run around by saying the representative is in a meeting and cannot be contacted, he will contact you shortly.
    3b. The representative is NOT to contact the customer.
    4. Check websites and online forums for customer complaints
    5. In the event that complaints are found, the following actions may be taken:
    5a. Blame the customer for the problem with the product
    5b. Act like the customer never tried to contact FosterRAD and act like FosterRAD will solve the problem.
    5c. Have several representatives repeat 5a and 5b.
    5d. Try to defame customer so his online buddies will turn on him.
    5e. If 5d fails, repeat 5a through 5c.
    5f. If all else fails, Keep stalling
    6. Find other online forum for more customers to swindle.

    I have been lookin at all the pipes for my new VFR. This LAZER looked real good to me...but not now..bummer!!!!! Oh well I gess TWOb's will do.

    I've probably spent a couple of hours listening to exhaust clips and decided to get the Laser set-up. Not now. I'll take any other direction.

    Customer service is a dying concept. How is it that some of these companies don't get the power of a simple gesture? Fine restaurants still get it. High end car companies still get it. People are willing to pay for service. Damn, when I wrote to Cortech to ask how to replace a single bungee hook for my tail bag that I lost during my crash, I received two new bungee cords with four hooks in the mail a week later, gratis. That simple gesture has me sold on Cortech. I’ll sing their praise when ever I get the chance.

Like virtually everyone else here it's been an ongoing excercise in frustration and erectile dysfunction.. Early on Robert would swear to me that shipments were imminent..Not sure if that was the truth..(but I gave him the benefit of the doubt) or what he actually was told by Laser.. or a lie to get orders.

    I'd pass this on to the customers and then nothing would show making ME look bad.. This went on for months before I wised up and A. stopped taking orders and B. Gave money back to everyone who had pre-paid. C. I flat out told him we don't roll like that and told him that he had no balls in dealing with Laser.

    I've never met the guy. I'd like to think that he's just been the victim of some horrible circumstances. On the other hand.. I know for a fact that much of the problems he brings on himself. I've tried to give him advice (vendor to vendor) and he apparently doesn't listen. So be it.

    Other than giving our customers money back and a detailed explanation why we can't or couldn't get product.. Not sure what else we could do. Perhaps a BJ?..

    As I said.. I dont know Robert or all the back-story so I'm not gonna pile on like everyone else.. at least not in public. Saavy?

    I do believe I almost have my pound of flesh.......Had a beer with my attourney after work....hehehe
