    Well Tuesday or Wednesday is the day I will send it back.I was sending it back last Friday but Dr. Deldado caled me and ask me to wait for a different call tag to be sent so I could ship direct to Laser. He called back later that day and said to ship it to him as first requested but UPS had already run for the day from my work and I have been out in the field since. So I will ship this pile in the next day or so depending on schedule at work. Wish me luck with these guys.

    it just still seems absurd to me that it took this kind of action to get FosterRAD to do what you would naturally expect from a dealer. That return policy IMO is a joke. 7 days... For an item like an exhaust, that's just ridiculous.

    I totaly agree REG, FosterRAD has a return policy that is , to say the least, absurd. If FosterRAD had ordered this part from TOECUTTER, they would have asked,,nay, demanded their money back almost immediately. But since FosterRAD is run like a fly by night company FosterRAD thinks that they can get away with it.. I think they got the point though maybe? what do you think? do you think the proprieters of FosterRAD will learn from this little experience... I am willing to bet no.. So this saga is destined to repeat itself and I really hope that the next time, if there is a nextime, the person that was slighted by FosterRAD is as nice as TOECUTTER has been.

    I don't know guys FosterRAD may have a change albeit in a small way.

    If you read what FosterRAD did to others (i.e the BMW board) it makes me proud VFRW stood up for TOECUTTER.

    FosterRAD customer service is way aggresive in all the wrong ways.
