Excellent thread Mr. Z! :thumb: I think my all time favorite is "Where in the West" by Reg and SLOVFR. Now if they only get off their :ass: and finish it! They haven't even explained their trip back in California yet! SLACKERS!!

I watched that South Park episode, and I somehow knew guys like us were involved :p

As for myself, I've been on this forum for a lil while, and I have to say that Long's BBQ was a chart-topper for me. Never before had I seen so many VFR's in one place, and the guys made me feel like welcome family. so Long, YOU ROCK! And for all the guys who watched Toxic walk all over the fire-ring and take a header into the wall, I can say only this: "SUPERLACUS!!!"

I don't recall the title, but the one where it has all those posters that have special saying, then there's the "would you by a VFR1000" thread. There's so many good ones, it's hard to recall em all.. good thread Bubba

So many good times....however, Joey's "how to deal with the po-po" thread is my all time favorite.....ahhhhh, the good old days! You made me proud how you took all of the heat (from most of VFRW) without so much as ruffling a feather. Stand up and take a "bow" Joseph!

    :funky:

I will have to say that the day we started up chat on the VFRW the front page is one of the best times. I honestly think that our chat format has made this place unique in the MC world, and made a lot of us get to know each other much better than we would have otherwise. I know it has for yours truly...awww shucks... :pout:

Great thread Bubba. I am kinda honoured that two of my threads have been mentioned here....I think anyways.

But I think, off hand, my fav has to be Joey's PoPo thread. This thread surfaced a few things. For me, it showed that there is an overall appreciation to the work I used to do and more than most here know, many of us do. There are quite a few LEO out there. But more important, it showed that a discussion could take place, differences of opinions could be expressed, and I don't think any enemies were made. I can freely admit, I made quite a few "on line" friends through this thread, even with some who may be straddling the other side of the fence.

I got a lot of enjoyment out of Slo III thread as this thread caused my true insanity to come thorugh and lead me to jump on the bike and drive all the way down to Atascadero in the middle of the flackin winter to meet some great people.

And not wanting to come across concieted, I too enjoy Dear Randy. I can assure you I have as much fun with this one as all you who may enjoy reading it. I just hope my doctor does not see this one. If he does, he just may tear up that piece of paper that says I am not nuts.

Enjoy this forum people. You are all great. Most of you anyways.

Now THERE is a document you don't want to lose, pal...

I don't know that I have ever had a "favorite" thread. I do know that it is always fun to read the various opinions on different subjects, and wonder how various and sundry members are going to react. Never a dull moment!

Actually, I think that I like the unusual technical problems the best, but only when the original poster follows up with what the resolution was.

Perhaps we should have a "Hall of Fame" thread section, where Bubba's Harley thread and Joey's Runnin' thread could reside. And let us not forget Shorty's thread that was intended to be humorous (armed customer in store) and nearly incited a riot. Definitely a Hall-of-Famer!
