    Hi all-

I am looking at getting some exhaust work done on my '06 vfr. I am looking to get a little performance boost, drop some weight and look cool. I am actually looking to keep the bike as quiet as possible. The tech at the shop I go to said to just get clip-ons. He said full exhaust would be total overkill.

That being said, Can anyone recommend some good clip ons that are relatively quiet and will work with the factory side bags/rack?

I'm pretty sure your mechanic meant a "slip-on", a clip-on is a type of handlebar.

Lots of good exhaust options. Staintune on the high end of things, Leo Vince sort of in the middle and Scorpion on the budget side. Do a search on the site and there is lots of info on exhaust.

Shameless plug, I've got a set of Staintune exhaust I'm selling for $800. They're slightly louder than stock with the spuds in, significantly louder w/the spuds out.
