    Hi Guy's

I have just bought a 97 fv, with some well hidden damage to the seat fairings, so what i would like to know is, can I fit a 98 sub frame and seat panels to a 97, as the 97 panels are like hen's teeth,I know the light are different so would need changing, but there's more 98 panel and frames than 97.Any advise.

    thanks

    kevin

Anything can be done with enough time, money and skill. However there would be less modifacation to mount a 6th gen subframe to the 4th gen frame than using the 5th the sub. If you do a search here a few of the guys have done it.

    Hi,

I just thought when looking on ebay, 97 and 98 seat sub frames look remarkably similar and would save been of the road for some considerable time as 98 stuff seams to be in abundace.
