VFR1200 Dallas Motorcycle Show

Will the VFR1200 will be shown at the Dallas Motorcycle Show November 13-15? If so, I will probably be in Dallas around then on a business trip. It would be cool to to meet up with some local folks to kick the tires a bit.

My club has displayed bikes at the Seattle venue every year since the CW Show started. Honda always rolls out thier new stuff. A C-note says the VFR will be there in spades. I just hope they have the one with the built in fuzzy logic rice cooker so I can stop whining about it and everyone will stop sending me Kleenex.

 

yodasmile I've missed that Bike show twice already. Unfortunately I was moving to my new house. Maybe next year.

So were there guys lined up looking like they wanted to do other things to the seat than sit on it?

 

You couldn't sit on the one at the Dallas show. Honda had it up on a carousel spinning around.

The show overall was disappointing to me, not the VFR. I was expecting a lot more from an international auto show. My wife got excited about the women's section, until she saw it was a few helmets and a couple racks of mediocre clothing. She wanted her money back so she could shop online.

The Ducati stunt show was pretty cool. i didn enjoy that. I wished the vendor gave Ducati more area to stunt in. It was kinda cramped for them, but they did a great job with the space they had to work with.

 

the pics were at the Clevland show. it was OK, not as good as last year though. The wife and kids loved the Duc stunters
