Just got back from a great day at The Island
Here are some pics .. I was at the end of the main straight and my camera skills dont extend to 312Km/hr
so they are mostly of "surroundings" :)

Tell ya what .. that first race, unbelievable!
I had a bet with my mate that Fabrizio would win .. and for six seconds the money was mine!! (till they gave the photo finish to Haslam) confusion reigned!!

Leon was killing it ! Reminded me of so many races put on by Spies. Wheel up on just about every corner exit. Sweet riding. I dont necesarily have a favorite in the series at the moment, but i was rootin' for him in both races. I was surprised when they initially gave the race to Michelle. Was the timing guy confused or what ? I could see it on the reply seconds after and it was clear he had him by a tire sidewall. LOL

disappointed that my man Jonny Rea decided to go check out the grass in race 2, but he did manage to get it back together for a good finish.....

I haven't seen it yet. I worked all weekend then tried to find it as rerun last night with no luck. I figured speed would show it all week...

Damn Reg, i had both races recorded too. Then deleted them after i watched them. The 600's will be on tuesday. Set your VCR or whatever you have to record. Laverty all the way this time !

Well .. apparently Fabizio's transponder was ahead but Haslam's tyre was first. The video showed that .. I guess the big Ducati was just all out accelerating over that last metre?
