Check out the featured pic on the other VFR website. It is an orange colored 5th Gen that is absolutely stunning.

^^ I saw that. It's lovely. There's also a dark blue metallic on one of the forums...

Go for a white bike with red decals, very sexy, unless you 're trying to get rid of the red alltogether, then pick another damn color for your decals, but don't come cryin to me when it aint so sexy.....

I am plotting a matte black repaint from red. Also planning on getting a lot of stuff TiN coated for max bling - forks, levers, rearsets.

RWB for sure. It would be cool and unique to see a 5th Gen with that color scheme.

Gotta go with Pony & Spider. The though of a gen 5 white W red standard type type marking sounds sweet.

White. Best color combo I saw was black/white. Looked great on the VFR.

I was going to paint mine black cherry before I decided to powdercoat the frame. I Think a deep dark cherry that looks almost black at night but glimmers the cherry and some very fine metal flake or pearl in the day would look awsome against the stock anodized frame.

An RSV4 type scheme wouldn't be too bad.

That oragne 5th gen reminds me of tahitian red which was the color on mid to late 70's honda elsinores 125 and 250cc. It's a unique color but I always though would make a great color for any full fairing honda.

Do you have any nice resolution shots of your bike (of course ya do who doesn't!?) haha

Maybe post it and some photoshoppers can lay a new color down for you.

a quick change on my 2003 VFR to a "black cherry" Brought up the intensity and brightness with the front lower fairing. since VFR's are the fastest bikes on the planet it is only natural to have the front almost glowing because of wind resistance at top speed! haha.

That is actually REALLY sexy, but the blend over multiple panels is going to be a masking nightmare IMO.
