BTW you shouldnt' comply...........in Mexico we have to pay a tax called Tenencia that make tou pay taxes for having a car or motorcycle ,(when you buy it new is admissible but you have to pay it 10 years ia a row) (20 years for a state tax law) if you have a truck (de louxe pick up truk) it pays less taxes than a motorcycle ( because the truck is for work and a bike is for fun).

It's like to buy a wash machine and have to pay taxes every year just for having it.
