    Hi everyone, newbie post.

my 08 VTEC is on Metzeler original fits. Although I love the bike, and it feels planted mid-bend, I've never been overly happy with the corner entry phase on these tyres - a little 'tippy', certainly non-linear in the way they turn-in.

My last bike was on Bridgetones, although a very different steering character kawasaki Z750 (05), it was a lot shorter wheelbase with wide bars, so it was nimble as hell. In fact it could get pretty lively if you hit a bump mid-bend, but even though it was quick to turn it was really linear and gave you so much confidence I just threw it around.

I think the Mez is maybe an odd shape? the rear 180 no way looks as wide or as rounded as the 180 bridgey on the kwak, so I'm thinking maybe this might be a good tyre choice - BT020 or 021.

    Anyone got an opinion?

I concur to the three gentleman that replied to your question.
PIRELLI Diablo Rosso Corsa for road and track use. Feel's like you're in heaven.

I have Avon Storm ST on my 2007 VFR. Fantastic tyre. If you get caught in the wet then it is like riding in the dry with them on.
