Think the VFR1200 rear would look pretty good with the above Akrapovic, fender eleminator, carbon hugger, grab rails removed and a rear cowl.

All pretty easy cheesy stuff Johnny......it remains to be seen if a carbon rear hugger will be made for it though. I am not big on the huggers anyways.

    Looks a helluva lot better!

Not a bad return on hp and torque for a slip on, according to their chart.

Can any of the actual owners tell me if the "trailer hitch" is part of the undertail, or is it a separate piece?
I would very much like to see it removed.

    I appoligize in advance, again.
Ummmm.. Ok, I'll give you "better". A high mount would go alot farther. I can get past the shaft drive (but I still think the "shaft" is a metaphor to those of us who held out for the RC211-211 street bikes). The fuel load is still an isssue to me, we are talking about a sport-TOURING bike, right? That blended tank cover into the side plasitcs... Just makes it look like a Winnebago. The mass alone of the front of the bike is not aesthetically pleasing to me at all. Maybe it's the color options and lack of graphics to break it up a bit. The asphalt black one we say in the spy shots looked less massive. Maybe down the road I will find one at salvage & start chopping and shaping plastics from a 1000rr, relocate some components & slim the cow down abit. Till that day or Honda gives us a "RC" heritage V4 again... It's still Shamu to me.

They make them for BMWs single sided shafties so think the VFR1200 would be no issue, as for why agree it's a personal thing.
