For those querying the availability of the VFR12 in white. I was in our local shop with my 800Fix and took some shots of the white 12 that he has for sale (These I've loaded on the 7th gen photo's).
I mentioned that the white model seems to be unavailable in parts of the US.
The dealer said that he is happy to ship any Honda model or accessories. He has already done this to various parts of the world, so knows what he's about.
I am not going to post his address openly, as I am not sure that this would be correct. But will be happy to give the shops web address to those that ask.
PS: The pics are not as good as real thing (in white).

Test rode it today, the looks have grown on me and I like the sound the exhaust made so if I buy one I'd keep the exhaust - the mass centralisation stuff works, I'm not sure you'd notice the loss of 10 kg on this bike from that area on a bike this powerful.

The bike is very easy to ride both slow & fast. The bike I rode had the second screen thing which didn't work for me, with my wife as pillion I found my head bobbing about (something I suffer on the 6th gen with wife & top box too).

I think it's a better ride than the K1200S (not tried a K13S) in terms of ride quality, response etc. For me the fuel tank size is not an issue- I want to stop around 150 miles anyway. It is expensive for sure but the 6 gen vtec was too when it came out, the VFR is a premium product.

Looks like the Brit dealers trust folks to take the new 1200 out for a spin. Goshallmighty, I hope ol KC and Tinkering with stuff don't have to go all that way just to get a ride on one.

If anyone finds out either of them are going across the pond, let me know. Maybe i could have them pick me up a new Belstaff jacket.
