2006 VFR has Honda Wings removed from tank

I recently purchased a 2006 pearl white VFR 800. The previous owner removed all the decals and put POW/MIA decals on for parade riding. I want to put the red tank decals back on. Are these decals powder coated on a stock VFR? What size are they on a 2006? Can I powder coat new ones if I can find new ones to stick on? Any help is appreciated. By the way, I am loving this ride! I hope winter stays away for a while longer!!

I was afraid of that. Just putting stickers without clear coat would probably look lame. I really like the look of the red wings on the pearl white, but, I guess I can live without them. Thanks for the reply.
