    So, I own a '05 VFR 800 V-tec ABS.
FI light is on, it blinks when the bike starts, and when I start riding it is on constantly.

When the bike gets warm, pulls great, has good performance and no problem at all.
But, when starting for a first time in the morning, it takes revs up to 3000rpm, and holds it until it gets to 100 celzius digrees. Then the radiator starts working, and rpms start going down, until about 1000rpm where it idles.

    What can it be?

Is it blinking constant or is there a code?

For a first minute or two, it blinks. Then it is constantly on.

I don't know what code is, because I've just bought the bike.

No matter, weather is it cold or hot, the bike starts from the first try always.

The FI light will blink a different number of times to indicate a code that is the fault. There will be a pause between the light flashing to indicate the fault code.

OK, so I should start bike, and then start counting how many times it blinked, until it's constantly on!?

Yes,but you do not need to run it any longer than it takes to read the code.

I went to the garage a minute ago.
It's like this. When I start the bike, the FI blinks for 2 times, for 2-3 second period one blin, and then it blinks a little faster for 7 times. Then it repeats the same, 2 times for a longer period of 2-3 seconds, then 7 fast blinks

I have service manual for a 2002 ABS model, but mine is 2005 ABS model. Is it the same? I thouht about trying to reset the MIL self diagnosis. Could I make some damage to the FI system? I'm actually not really sure how to do that, so I think I will need help about that.

I had a look on a service manual, it says that 7 blinks is ECT sensor (Engine coolant temperature sensor). It is logic to me that ECT sensor is faulty (will discover why these days). That's why he holds high rpm when cold, longer than is needed. Or not? :)

It will be a problem to change ECT sensor, because Serbia is a banana country :)
I will check contacts first. :D

Can you give me directions how to reset the MIL self diagnosis? The previous owner told me that FI is lighting for 3 years... maybe it has no problems, and the restart will fix the blinking, because the mistake does not exist anymore. Can the reset do some damage? Help?

Replace the sensor and take the ground cable off the battery for one beer, all should be good from there.

Is it possible that two long blinks and seven short blinks mean that error code is 27?

Considering the service manual, it definitly is error code 27.
That means that it is Vtec Spool Valve.
    WTF is Spool valve?
Is there anybody who can help me?

The spool valve solenoid controls the engine oil pressure for the V-tec. Go to Ronayer.com and look up your bike, the spool valve is listed as #6 in crank case parts picture. You may want to check to make sure it is plugged in .
