    Hello from Bulgaria..
First of all.. I wish to worn you about my broken English.. And i hope to forgive me the errors that will do in this topic or another one in the future...

Let's begin... My name is Stefan (you may call me Steven) A am form Bulgaria, Sofia

What is my connection with this wonderful bike.. VFR.. Actually i still not hove one, but soon i will have it (to few mounts)
My opinion is that the version of 1998-2001 800 Fi is the best of all, but this is just my opinion ...

Right now i own very old GPZ 900 R and some things left from a bike that sold parts (CBR 600 F2) .. Very much like an old bikes (old bike stile, appearance and engines... And that they do not have much electronics)

Some time ago i own a old VF 750 F, but the bike was on the end of his life. One valve from frond right cylinder fell within the cylinder and ... And... Big mess... But I had the opportunity and have it repaired, just by myself ... With parts from another broke engine (piston, cylinder head, valves ...) The strangest thing was that cylinder don't have any scratches on it... ..
Anyway .. I cell this bike and is still on the road today
Faults that i see in this bike is to many ... Firs of all ... Very weak timing system, weak 2nd gear, fragile carburetors, solenoid relay is bad... etc. .. In VFR this bugs are fixed and is one wonderful bike, at least after 1990 models ... Actually i don't have any observations on first VFR model, the one with two exhausts and pro-link..

About VFR 800 Fi 98-01 i have just one question... If you can help me with it....
Haw the transition from from carburetors to injection going.. And if you have observation on the model, can tell me is it fixed from bugs ... Because i have heard such rumors for injection problems with this model...

And what to tell you more about me... I study for electrical engineer and working as an electrician in company that build cranes (all kinds). Construction of the new cranes, refurbishment and conversion of old cranes etc ...

    This is for now...
