Hi. Hope to get this running this year after wasting much time cleaning the carbs...a few times and now have spark 9no tach) issue but i also have a problem with the petcock leaking gas at idle (when it did idle). There is a fitting on the left side of the petcock (the right side one has a vacuum tube to the rear back for vacuum). I did not see a tube from the left fitting to the carbs nor can I find a diagram in the manual anywhere. Should this be leaking fuel and should it be connected to the carbs anywhere? I re/re the petcock and can,t see any tears unless the edges are thin and loosing seal but a diagram or picture of all of the internals may help. Thanks

The fitting with no tubing attached is a vent hole. Most likeley, the vacuum diaphragm inside the petcock has a hole(s) this being the reason for the leak. Someone here on the forum has a diagram, I'm sure they will be posting it.
