How is an alternator cut off going to gain you power?
Anybody heard of RC30 carbs being fitted to this bike?
I wish he would have expanded on the electrical mods...sounds like an interesting machine...

    I'm a notorious skeptic, but.....

The RC 30 engine was so special that i doubt ANY significant parts were interchangable with a stock RC 24, so his wild HP figures with replaced HRC bits is suspect, IMO, and carbs won't do nearly that much increase.

Carbs in photo are the stockers, but ones installed on bike ?? Maybe just RC 30 float bowls. Somehow--quite without actual information or facts--i don't think RC 30 carbs would mount onto an '86 VFR 750.

The guy's rich and "not a mechanic" so maybe he was sold a fake.

a carb is a carb..if its a jap bike it a keihin or a mikuni..if its an all out special race built carb, if there is such a thing, what would be the purpose of putting it on a stock bike? the bike would run like crap..i seen the listing on ebay and called BS..look at the pics really close and that bike has a lot of issues.

The biggest benefit would be easy jet changes.
