Hey I just bought this bike not to long ago and after it wouldn't idle with shutting off i decided to take off the tank and maybe adjust the throttle. After taking off the tank i noticed these hoses weren't connected. Now i know two of them go to the tank but what do the other two go? the larger one i think would go to the breather box so i connected there and threw on a hose clamp, the other one is short that goes right off the carb but i don't see any place to connect it to?[IMG]

Very unclear. You wrote "Hey I just bought this bike not to long ago and after it wouldn't idle with shutting off..."

"after it would'nt idle " WHEN?
"with shutting off" SHUT OFF WHAT? Ignition? fuel? Engine?

To know where a hose connects to, you have to know where it is coming from.
Because when you know what its function is THEN you know what to do with it.

So ....Where IS it coming from?

You wrote, "I'm having the same problem and when I try to start in gas comes out if it." It what? ...Gas comes out of a hose?

    Your exact words.

    Makes no sense.

You need to ask this question properly, to get a meaningful answer.

Small, short hose is a vent and connects to nothing. If fuel comes out, you have a bad float needle.

You have a gen 2, so why did you open the VF can of worms ??
