Finally, the trigger has been pulled....I'm now the proud owner of a 1995 VFR!

In no small part, thanks to this board. I bought it from Legs down in Birmingham this past weekend. Actually, it was only after a trip to Hooters that he was well lubricated enough with Sam Adams and chicken wings to finally let it go.

Thanks again, Legs. And thanks to those of you who make this site possible.

Congratulations :whoo: I figured it would take a couple of pints for Legs to give up his beloved 4g...

Thanks guys! I passed over a whole bunch of VFRs, waiting for the right one. This was it.

Can't wait to get out and ride it some, but the forecast for today is temps in the teens with ice and snow. Not exactly ideal conditions for getting used to a new bike. Drat. :smow:

Hate to see Legs VFRless, but glad to have you. Have a feeling we haven't seen the last of Legs, though... congrats, Ferris.

He's still planning to take part in the get together down in Birmingham for the AMA races in April - plenty of other bikes available to him to ride.
