Hey all, I present to you The Orange Beast. I got her a few days ago. Original color was Asphalt black. The previous owner got the tank painted and wheels powder coated. I used to ride a CBR F4i which I loved and I'm hoping the VFR will treat me just as nice (if not better), especially on long road trips.

Don't watch me too close cause Scubalong will get jellous. He's like that you know. Not that there is anything wrong with that you understand. Welcome to the site. I like that scheme. Kinda pops.

Thanks all. I'm still on the fence about that orange. I may end up getting her back to the original all-black.

The more I look at it, the more I like it.

I have no eye for making things custom or better, (Where's Stosh when you need him?) but something is telling me just a hint of the orange placed on your fairings would make it "flow" better. Even the blinkers with their orange seem to really compliment the wheel. Just my opinion, but I like it.

    Its a great color combination.

    Welcome B3nji. :welcome:

Congrats that's a good lookin' machine. I like the color combo,it really pops!

Right here my friend. Hangin' out in the penalty box, where else!

I dunno I'd prolly just leave the fairings alone altogether and go with the less is more approach.
Install a coupla Black Honda winged logo tank decals on the gas tank and clear 'em over.
Add a Black Thurn Motorsport wheel center plug in the hole in the rear wheel and have the Honda VFR logo on it hand painted in Orange to match the tank and rims.
An Orange wheel center plug with Black lettering would look nice too.
Maybe a thin strip of Black rim tape on the rims and call it a day.
That glossy Orange and matte Black color combo looks super nice to begin with, doesn't really need much else.
