In my younger days I earned the nickname "Swoop" from the bassist in my band for cock-blocking him (and anyone else) when our band was out playing. I hated the name and the more I protested the more the guys called me swoop. The name stuck and I've been called "Swoop" ever since.
The "45acp" stands for .45 Automatic Colt Pistol which was the cartridge used in the first pistol I ever built which was a Model 1911 that I used for IDPA.

I spent 5 years living in Kenya and worked in a total 6 African countries during the same period. That gives you the first 4 letters. The last 4 are a truncated version of my last name.

I was searching for something totally unrelated and found this thread. With that, when I left the company I used to work for I created a sole proprietorship called Out Of The Void Software (It has a few meanings to me). When I created my user name, I meant to just put OOTV, but out of habit I included the S. I have since started another company with a partner but still own this company name and use it sometimes when I buy stuff on the internet or want to keep myself somewhat anonymous.

Name is kinda self explanatory...Kinda married to the bike even though others have come and gona and stayed around.

I do like VFRHUSBANDS name, very creative bastard   to have come up with that moniker.

I don't understand why you would use the adjective "creative" in this sentence..........

I took a bunch of consonants and vowels, threw em into a bowl and this is what I came up with. Kinda sounds like some freakish New York Polish guy's last name or something!!

I use to have American Pitbull Terriers ( over 15 yrs. ), & it was my screen name on the APBT boards / Groups. I have had it for so, long that it is as much my name as my given names.

Haole Girl was the name I gave my '04 White Goldwing and I've used it as my username on various forums.

    hao·le   /ˈhaʊli, -leɪ/ Show Spelled[hou-lee, -ley] noun
    1. (among Polynesian Hawaiians) a non-Polynesian, especially a caucasian.
    2. (formerly) a foreigner.

"Haole: A word used mainly in Hawaii to describe a white person. Depending on how you say it, the word can mean either an insult or just a fact."

Lol I saw the user name "Haole Girl" in the recent posts section and I had to come check it out. Good job on the definition, im sure all these Haoles on here will understand completely.

Michaels214 - My name Michael Scott = michaels....and 214 because michaels was already taken for email so I make all my user names the same so I dont have to remember a bunch. Not that cool at all.

field sanitation goes back more than 20 years. I was in MCT/SOI (Marine Combat Training/School of Infantry) just after bootcamp in the Marine Corps and we were getting our MOS's. For those of us with guaranteed contracts, we had a decent idea about what we were going to be, but some of the guys came in open contract. I was a 6353 - Fire Control Tech on A-6E Intruders out of bootcamp. But we had one guy, named Bogus (seriously that was his name) who ended up as an 1100. He was expecting an 0300 field and nobody knew what 1100 was. Turns out it he was gonna be a honey sucker - cleaning out latrines with those big vacuum trucks for the next 4 years. Everyone laughed, except Bogus.

Fast Forward 5 years after I was forced out after Desert Storm/Shield because it was a 2 day war and they didn't want to keep us hangin around. I got out. wasn't happy about it, but started lookin for jobs. Turns out Bogus got out and got a job at a chemical company doing inspections starting out making over $60k back in 93... which was BIG money. I was impressed. He was happily living his life outside the Corps and the stories we had are still told today. :)

So I got into IT (computers) after doing low voltage fire/burg alarms, and got really good at it. So good that they sent me out into the field to fix peoples problems. clean up their messes... and I adopted Field Sanitation mostly due to the fact that now I was cleaning up other peoples s#!t. :)

I spend all my time saying to my six children a million times a day "YOU ARE TOO CLOSE" and now I cannot help it just falling off my tongue whenever something happens. I also play some online games shoot em ups and it is my handle for that also.
