    In my family, all the stupid children were killed at birth.

    I don't know what's scarier - the fact that someone actually brought this suit, or the fact that an attorney accepted said case.

    Both of them should walk out to the closest dumpster, jump in, and give one another vasectomies. We need to eliminate their genes from the pool.

    Fucking morons tying up the legal system with frivolous cases.

    Maybe the state of CA should counter-sue them for wasting resources.

    This made me laugh out loud for some time at work...

    Maybe BMW will counter sue for the equivalent cost of viagra/cialis to achieve the same result.

    I think BMW should settle and add a new sticker to all of their bikes:

    "warning - riding this bike could give you a monstrous erection" :)
