What part of FL are you moving to>?

Me, personally...I dont care for linked brakes or ABS for the matter. I have had situations where I was hard on the front brake without touching rear pedal, and had the rear wheel chirp...Have seen a few BMW K bikes where they removed the ABS system and just ran regular brake lines...AnywayY...

Once i get out of the Service toward the end of this year ill be in the Orange Park/Jville area.
The brakes strike me odd for some reason, so i have resorted to only using the back brake lever to do my roll on braking to keep the suspension level and maintain ground clearence instead of using the front in addition the past, weight distro and riding style are deff a factor with this bike.

Sounds like suspension is your problem and not brakes.

Agreed, Tink. Sounds undersprung or valved in the forks.

How much do you weigh, Bulldog?

I just checked the forks and everything is in good order. But did notice the brake pads need done, and there was some moisture in the airbox. I weigh 175 doesnt seem to sink at all.

You won't know bad Sportbike suspension until you've rode good Sportbike suspension.

I’m good on the barrowed parts WildBill. Would like to keep my law breaking to a minimum. And as always thank you guys for all the great advice, you have been a great help. I see that a couple of you have videos on YouTube, curious to see who else has material out there. So if you have a video of your bike mods, before and after pics/vid. Send me the link I like seeing what people come up with.

COMPLETED... flush mount turning signals (med smoked), 8 pc 9 mode LedGlo kit (pretty cool). Now it’s a waiting game for parts... DB windscreen (dark smoke), yellow/black grips, yellow spike windscreen bolts and bar ends, throttle lock, factory paint +, lowering triangles and bar risers, and battery tender of course (need to keep the phone charged).

    Dear Mail People,

    PLEASE HURRY!

    Yours Truly,

Don't know if you've found them or not, but ebay has the large honda wing decals which would simplify your project (as opposed to painting). I know member Tori put them on his red bike, but you could view his gallery to see how they look. I think we had someone put one on a yellow bike also but I can't remember who.

Those valve caps that have pressure switches and LEDs are way cool but not as cool as dayglo fringe, footboards and at least one of those WWII replica Wermacht helmets in chrome.

I wish those morons at Heli would get with it and start making some real handlebar instead of those little short things that have no style at all.

when you say you wanted to get an under seat exhaust, did you mean just a high mount, or an actual under seat exhaust? because fitting an actual 6gen-like under seat exhaust on a 5th-gen is gonna be a fuckin mission, but fittin a high mount would be cake and looks awesome on 5th gens.
