Hey guys it's been awhile since I have posted on here. Been mostly just riding my old interceptor and picked up a Cbr600 Hurricane street fighter last fall, However I sold the Cbr on wed to make space for a Honda CB900F Super Sport. What this means for the old Interceptor is this...I plan on doing some much needed repairs and upgrades.

This is the bike in question:

During the bike rally in 2010 it was named Mad Max due to it's weathered appearance. I had painted the entire bike black after I found out its original fuel tank had pin holes in it. I wound up using a dented spare tank from one of my parts bikes.

The upgrades I plan on doing:

    Cbr 600 F2 wheels
    Cbr or vfr rear shock
    Led light upgrades
    Hid headlight upgrade
High mounted mufflers (not confirmed yet)
    Mid range cams
    Rejetted carbs

I'm sure I will add more to the list as things progress.

Sent from a padded cell in the secure ward.....trying to avoid the shock therapy...

Here are the most recent pics of the bike. As you can see its changed a fair bit since my last thread. One of the things i will be doing this summer will be recovering the seat as its obvious it needs it lol.

If it wasnt for buying the CB900F I prob would have cheated by buying a decent condition used seat off of ebay. I may still do so along with buying a seat cover kit. More then likely a Saddleman intended for the 1000F since i have learned on here that the 750 and the 1000 share the same seat.

Well close to a year later...no forward progress.....mostly due to a near miss last year the bike wound up in a small shop who I now partly regret using due to the owners attitude. True he got the bike running again. But he somehow missed the fact the clutch was pretty much gone...oh well I will get that sorted out this summer. Plus im going back into it and removing the aftermarket signal lights and seeing what mods I will need to do to fit CBR900 signal lights then ordering clear lenses for them. If I am not mistaken the cbr lights are almost the same as the stock lights but have shorter stalks.

Other then that the plan is as follows:

    Dunlop or Pirelli tires
    Get seat redone
    New clutch
    New fork seals (again!)
    New sprockets and chain
