Interceptor 500 Low Budget Project

    The bike is running really nice. The sound is awesome with that 4 in 1 compared to what I remember the stock pipes sounding like (although it was 20 years ago!)

    Only problem is that I am struggling with keeping the heat down for any riding in slow traffic. Other than that it's all good

    I ordered some Galfer ss lines for the front brakes and I am really looking forward to the firmness and improved two-finger braking that they should provide.

    It was really cool when I got the bike safety checked. There was quite a crowd around it. I talked to one of the guys and he obviously new the VF's. He called it a collectors item, lol.

    Not sure. The kid who bought it from me lives across town and i haven't seen it. He was studying bike mechanics, so I think he might have been successful in keeping it going, but who knows.
