    Hi

OK tappets done and ready to seal her up. Now whats the vote on gaskets for the rocker cover. There 2 new ones and bolt rubbers as well.

does anybody use silicon sealant as well or just a smear of rubber lube, or dry, whats the vote ?

just dont want to rebuild and have to tear down as the back covers leakin :frown::frown:

The method that works for me is to glue the gaskets to the cam cover and put a very THIN film of RTV on the side of the gasket that contacts the head.
