Motographer I think I will be heading down on the 6th from Indy if you all want to go then. We could meet up and ride down. Deadsmiley I will be down the 6th or 7th if you want to ride or heck let's all do dinner to get to know everybody.

Yellow, I'm actually going to be in New Orleans that weekend, although the 7th is my birthday and I'd love nothing more than a celebratory ride on the Dragon. Rollin_Again, a couple of friends and I may very well be able to meet you when you ride out, though.

 

Dinner would be cool. The wife is a new rider. She isn't up for riding with others yet as it makes her uncomfortable.

Just can't do it on the 8th. That is our anniversary.

 

That will be awesome I plan to stay down there all week long so I should get to meet a lot of you. Going to be a awesome trip. I plan to ride to the dragon stay all week then ride home via the east cost to NYC then back to Indy. Man long ride....

Ok so change of plans I will be heading down on the 8th and staying all week long. I had some things come up that weekend and will be unable to leave that Friday. So will be down Monday night. Any on from the north want to meet up and ride with let me know.

 

It 's going near to the 12Oct... It's the time for me to pack my riding gears.

Thanks for asking. I will be staying in Houston from 29Sep until 11Oct. First half will be at Downtown Houston, 2nd half will be Woodlands area.
Could you PM me your phone # then I can contact you? I have a roaming Vietnamese phone but I will buy a US Sim card upon arrival.
I will have a bike in Houston, and am planning for a ride during 5-6-7Oct with some folks from a TX biker forum. It would be great if you can join us.
For sure I will need your help during my time in Houston as I don't have much info about this area.
P/S: I have my rental car while being in Houston as well.

Awsome! I live 10 minutes away from the Woodlands and I think youll enjoy your visit there not that Houston is bad place to stay. I sent you a PM with my number and looking forward to your visit and showing you around the town. Thats great that your getting a bike while your here. Maybe I can join you for a ride or two while your here.

I've booked a 3 bedroom cabin in Robbinsville, NC for me, Wrestler, and Viethorse for Oct 12-15 and we have a couple extra beds if anyone wants to join us. The cabin is about 15 minutes away from the Cherohala and has a full kitchen, BBQ grill, washer/dryer. I also still have a couple rooms reserved at the nearby San Ran Motel since I wasn't originally planning on getting the cabin. I have to release the reservation on the two motel rooms by Tuesday so if anyone is looking for a motel room(s) I'd be happy to transfer the reservation to their name. PM if you are interested in joining us or taking over my existing motel reservations. There are 2 beds in each motel room BTW.

Mr Viethorse is on an Epic ride from Houston to Austin area and west Texas for these next three days. I have to admit Im kinda jealous. I have done this trip before. If I didn't have a job commitment this weekend I probably would have joined. Hope your trip is going well horse.

 

Mary and I arrived at the Two Wheel Inn last night. Today was cold and wet. We went for a ride on the Viffer anyways.

Unfortunately, her EX500 had to stay home. A rear wheel bearing is out. Parts are on order and I will have it repaired soon.
