As much as i would have liked to have 2 bikes in the garage, one for commuting/touring and one for weekend fangs it's not possible.
Alas i have traded the VFR in on a 2007 Kawasaki ZX-10:frown: it's an awesome bike the 10, you can't really compare to VFR as they are designed for different things.
I'll miss the Viffer that's for sure, but having fun on the new bike all the same.

Congrats on the new purchase, daffy. Sorry to hear you had to get rid of the viffer to get the ZX-10 tho. Be sure to stick around and pass on you VFR knowledge. Have lotz of fun on the 10. I have to agree it's fun to own a new bike. I been wanting to get either anew 600RR or a 1000RR. But I cannot afford a new one at this time. Happy rides!

Twisting the "Go" handle on that ZX-10 will probably go a long way toward easing your mind.

You traded a VFR for a Kawasucky? Practice falling down and until one of us gets over there. At least tell us that you got some money in the trade?

I like it though. I am as bad as you are.

Make sure you get some Akaapovic's for it they look and sound the best (for a IL4 that is ), mind the 10R's tend to chew the juice as the owner of belows found out when standed between country towns on an Alpine run I had with him last year.

The rider is always the difference, i had no problem keeping up with 'faster' bikes in the twisties either when on the VFR.
Now i can keep up on the straights too.
