Cbr forks length vs. Vfr

    Does anyone know the fork length difference between a '97 vfr and a cbr900rr, and a cbr 929?

    I'm pretty sure the cbr929 rear mono shock is 34mm shorter than the vfr,or it better be cause I'm doing the conversion on my this weekend ,I just cant get the shock arm plates to budge.
