Depending on which year for the F4. The ergonomics & riding position are pretty much the same , as tyarosevich has said, the F4 gets away a lot faster. The power out puts are pretty much the same (110 Vs 107bhp for the VFR), but the Viffer is a broader spread. Also your looking at a 40+ kilo (88 pounds) weight difference. With the handling, (I had the CBR F3) & when I rode the VFR onto some of my favourite roads for the 1st time, it felt sluggish & portly. Its not, just requires a different input, it will hold its line on some serious shitty roads. The motor pulse when you hammer it is fantastic (& addictive) & will put a smile on your face every time you take off from the lights.

I just need to find one of those in Canada and ship it down here... if it has a catalytic converter, it shouldn't be much of an EPA issue, as the VFR was also sold here in the US. :potstir:

Don't expect a sportbike, but expect a comfortable, sporty ride. Welcome.

Congrats - it is warmer now are you on the road now? Mine has the HKS full exhaust on it and I recommend it for the sound.
I am down the street from you in Delta. We should get together for a ride.

Can you please tell me what is the advantage of changing the exhaust ? And how much weight reduction should I expect ? Thanks.

My HKS exhaust tips came on the bike. I would assume that it 1. lowers the weight of the bike, 2. Louder Exhaust, 3. Less restriction in the exhaust system.. which would help if you had a K&N filter.

I was surprised to find out that I have a Power Programmer III on my bike - but not sure to what difference it matters.

You are going to love it!

Its that simple. It will feel a bit bigger and more solid but with the right tires and pressures you can through down very fast ! I put Michelin p3s straight a way and run the corners very hard . I grin from ear to ear and really is that not what motor cycling about.

    Cheers enjoy.
