Yah I do feel a bit trapped up here in the deep freeze. Thanks to Scuba we have warm happy thought to hibernate with!

We have the Polar Bear dip going on tomorrow if you can believe that. It's supposed to be -30 with the wind chill. I think they are all freaking nutters to be out there jumping in the river on a day like that. I know it's for charity but geez just write a check and hand me the remote for gods sake. This is big screen TV season!

That said, Scuba's adventure and the recent purchase of the "Why we Ride" video inspired me to go out and hook up the battery tender on the VFR and yank the battery out of the GS to put on the trickle charger. So thanks Long and Happy New Year to the rest of you two wheeled junkies out there!!! :snowman:

There are several food stand around town so we will hit one at a time.
First stop we saw this food stand selling Tortasda we ask what meat she serve. The lady said only pull pork left. All this was in Spanish take us for a while to understand :pound:
We order a couple for each of us
    [IMG]
While we having Torstada Vu saw a man pushing a cart selling some hot food. He venture out and check it out. Turn out the man selling corn with butter, lemon and chili peper
Vu order a cup and try it out. I thought I can consume but man Vu is like a tape worm :pound:

Earlier in the day we met couple Canuk having lunch at one of the stand under the brige and they claim this is the best in town. They have been travel to Loreto for the past 15 years and they always stop by here to have a bite and a beer before continue on to Loreto. Off we went to check out the place
As we arrived we greeted by a lovely lady name Rosa and her son Damien
    [IMG]

We ask Rosa if she still serve tacos? She said the kitchen is turn off so no tacos just coctails.........:scared: this is only 7 maybe 8 PM what the beeeeeeeep
Well coctails sound good so we order some sea food coctail combination with shrimp, octopussy, scallop probably more stuff in there.

And this is the hot sauce for your coctails
    [IMG]
