Wheel conversion....tires rubbing

    Wheel mod 86vfr750F. Put the 91 CBR600 on the front on . Go to put the front wheel on and the tire hits the center????:worked_till_5am: Anyone have the problems? Stocks a 120/60 but Ive heard other running the 70.

    Sounds like you swapped just the wheel and not the forks, not sure of a way oot if that is the case.

    You need to put the whole CBR front end including triple tree on the bike because the 86/87 vfr front end is narrower than the 91-94 CBR600F2.
    I have done this CBR600F2 wheel & 41mm fork swap about 5 times to various bikes including my 79 CBX that uses a CBX steering head pin in 1981/82 CB900F triple clamps bored from 39mm to 41mm.
