But does your bike have a cup holder and heated grips and a touring windscreen and a great seat ? My tank bag holds a hot chocolate-it spills sometimes and once the bike gets going the grips are warm and the wind screen keeps too many bugs from hitting me. Gee the bike could hit 160mph and goes to 60 real fast and handles well enough for 175 of me, add another 30 pounds on leather, maybe ten pounds on the tank bag. Not too much for the vfr. I lost maybe 20 pounds with the 2 bos exhaust. If I was going for time slips-I would have got a hayabusa or a zx -14-both eat too much gas and money. The supercharger does look cool though.:croc::fish::spit::tsk:

It'll cruise all day (well, till the 6.5 gallons of fuel is gone) at your bikes top speed with a passenger and full set of loaded Givi luggage. Best of all, it's still a Honda. I have over 100K miles on the red one and about 15k on the black one. Oh yeah, it's bigger than a Gold Wing too.

Ditto!! Even loaded up you will have more power than you can imagine. Though limited in top speed when fully rigged for cross country because of aerodynamics with luggage (about 130) it starts to wiggle a little.

Though you do need to get a better seat than stock. And the red ones are the fastest of course.

BMW has for years advised holding it down when riding with hard panniers. Hard bags ain't all that aerodynamic.

    Wiggling at the ton?

Mine doesn't get squirrely till around 150 with luggage but Givi recommends keeping it to about 1/2 that.

Candyred, if you're ever in the ne GA mountains look me up. You can ride one of mine then talk to me about their lack of soul. True, they aren't V4s but you forget that after the first ride. I haven't ridden anything other than V4s since 91 till I happened across the red one at a heck of a deal. I despise inline bikes but the XX is so much like a 140hp (at the wheel) V4 it's not funny. Less than 11k redline, same non existent vibes, tons of torque from 2000rpm up, just missing that V4 rumble.

I'd never heard of an 'engineering dick contest', now that's funny right there  ... I would've thought such a contest would be more along the lines of 'my Droid is bigger than your iPhone though  ...
