Yeh, Honda used to be the devil on details like that little kick-stand shroud. My first one came with it until I started riding in the mountains and grinding my foot pegs away, then the thing busted off some-where in Up-State NY. :pound: Lost my fuse cover once too, thing just came undone and hit me, I was like WTF? ended up buying it new back then, think it was $30.

If you get a "left exit exhaust" I think you can kiss your service stand access good bye, unless you remove the muffler. Anyway, if you can tig weld you could make yourself a titz custom exhaust. Cheers.

In EU 3rd Gen has been delivered normal 55/60W H4 headlights. Only left one works with low beams and both with high. I replaced the right socket with normal H4 socket found in car accessory shop and added a swich to be able to use only left or both in low beam. Both work in high beam.

Last winter I replaced the H4's with Xenon systems and added a led DLR to save Xenons during daytime.

With all that wiring, could you use them as turn signals too?

I'd like a centerstand for my new to me '93. First thing I'm going to add though is the 3 missing carb boot clamps and the 2 missing fuel bowl bolts...

Lots of work this one will need...

I despise those hacked up bikes with those added HID lights, from what I have seen, few to none have been properly hooked up and things are always "rigged" with zip-ties and duct tape.

I say no to a center stand, I have one on my Kawasaki and it is nice, but I do ok with a service stand for regular chain maintance on the viffers. I would like to get a slip on pipe for my latest though. How bout some pictures of your carburetors, can you tell I am bored and have no life? :pound: My old set of carburetors were worked on by a farmer from the "show me state" he must have had a few hammers and pliers cause they were hacked up real nice. Some people  I like having a black and white bike, who said there can't be harmony :pound:

I cannot weld. Off to fleabay it is for me and my exhaust needs.
I'm not hung up on which side of the machine the exhaust exits. Just want some noise in my life. Thinking Delkevic.

I didn't know the center stand was aftermarket. I was just commenting to someone the other day how nice it was back in the good ol' days when bikes came with center stands. Although the one I have on the VFR is not really great. Takes a lot of effort to get the machine up onto the stand.

The cstand was an OEM option.

How about a pic of the hole in the rear fender the PO cut to mount a LED light to show off that "Phat rear tire"(tm)?

Su-Weet! I love seeing hacked up chit in the morning. Much like Napalm in the morning, or is that listening to Napalm-Death. :loco:
When I first bought my 91, the previous owner hacked a hole in the rear cowl and installed (glued) a strobe light. It was kind of cool as it had a mercury switch and was only activated when you applied the brakes. It ultimately fell off one time when I was using a bike cover (FL sun will burn you another arse hole.) Luckily, Honda still had some granite blue cowls kicking around in their parts warehouse. Colour matched stuff now does not grow on trees. Thinking pop rivets and some jb weld may be a good solution for you, main thing is to get harvest some good donor plastic.

Yeh, centre stands were an option along with a clock set up on the gauges. I have a speedo unit with the clock sitting in a drawer. Cheers

Some shmart feller with a 3-D printer could knock near-enough copies of those out like milk from a cow in 15 minutes ! Or a data maven draw and build one from recycled post-consumer waste.

4 rivets and some aluminum will patch that.

    Squids!

Or a chunk of ABS fairing and some ABS adhesive. Looks like aboot the same size as what is removed when bobbing the rear fender. Or I suppose one could install a small sub-woofer there.

Derp. A clock. Yeah, this thing needs a clock.

Mine has an analog clock on the left fairing that sucks because A) it is only right twice per day and B) I can't read because I grew up in the digital age and mom and dad never made me learn.

PO gave me a voltage meter to install in place of the clock. She'd never got 'round to it. I need to get 'round to that.
