I have full set of Givi luggage. I think they are 36 liters. I also have the rack they mount to missing one piece to mount them but could be made pretty easily. I am considering selling them since I don't ever use them. What would the setup be worth? Let me know your thoughts.

    Them things look terrible.
The scratches could seriously affect the aerodynamics of the bike, and the missing red stripe could send the whole thing out of balance with the end result that you will probably die in a fiery crash and take out a bus load of small children.
Best bet is to send them some place very far away, like Australia.
Tell you what, if you find cheap postage, I'll swap them for a stuffed koala.
Don't thank me, I'm just trying to save small children. For the love of God send them quick.

I bought 2x36l and 1x52l a Haynes manuel a tub of Scott oil (not the oiler)and a full set of average pads 2 years ago with the wing rack, bought them for my annual trip to the irish road races (fed up with the soft crap) I paid £240 for all of the above. Great thing to have sat in the garage for whenever you need them, don't forget... Givi luggage is for life! And if you get another bike all you need to do is sell the rack and buy new one for the new bike.
My point is- not to get rid for what you'll get, they're easy to pack easy to attach and waterproof, pop on and forget about them!
Sure the handeling is affected but full of luggage....what's to be expected really.

Sorry for going on hope things go well what ever your decision :)

If you decide to sell them, You have an interested party here. With the three cases and rack a fair deal would probably be in the $300 - $500 range depending on condition.

I would be highly interested in buying the set if you decide to sell it as well.

I would say this is a reasonable price.
    Where exactly is "Humco"?

Humco is Humboldt County. Sorry I never got an email for the reply. I am in northern California on the coast, beautiful roads for a ride to come get them.

I would consider them if you were willing to ship. I'm on the east coast (Virginia). I'm planning on riding across the country next summer and the space in these boxes would be handy. Exactly which part is missing in order to mount them?

Estimates for shipping that far are over $100. Not sure on exact but not cheap.

The racks are pretty model specific. What year bike were they mounted on?

Just a note to other interested parties: I had custom brackets made for my Givi set up very reasonably cheap at a local metal fabrication place in about an hour or so with prior notice. The brackets connected the Givi factory rack to my passenger handle mounts.

rmcdougal, a member "slovfr" has a collection of Givi set ups. He is in Lompoc down near Santa Barbara. You might message him about your set up and get an idea of pricing and marketing. Just a thought.

If I was to ride up there, could we mount them to my bike despite the missing part? Or is it a critical part? Maybe the unmountable part can be strapped to the bike?
I do have a mount for a top case already.
What year bike did you fit these to?

They were on a fifth gen. A 99 specifically. I mounted them on my bike again to refresh my memory and There is no missing piece. Can use a stack of washers where a spacer could be made to fit better. And yes of course we could get them mounted up on your bike here.

I wonder, would these fit on a 6th gen provided a different mounting bracket?
