Opinion re reg/rec

    2004 VFR, stock, 35K miles.

    I'm getting ready for a cross country trip in a coupla months. Question. Should I upgrade to a mosfet r/r prophylactically? All my connectors look good.

    On a 5th gen it would be a no-brainer but wondering what the recommendation is for 6th gen. Thanks.

    Dave it is very simple, get a replacement one and carry it with you at all times, this will ensure that you will never need one, cheap preventative maintenance :glee:
