Hi all. I won a right hand bag for my 6th Gen on eBay tonight, figuring it'll be cheaper to buy the bags as they appear on eBay rather than all together. It's got me thinking about the factory mounting arrangement. Does anyone have any detailed photos of the pannier mounts specifically, and also maybe some of the genuine topbox mounts too?

    Thanks a lot.

I've got a full Givi set up, top box and side panniers. Ask and photos of mounts can be uploaded.

Hi Paul, if possible photos of the mounts, and how they are attached etc, would be great. And the instructions would be fantastic.

    Email is winaje @ gmail.com

    Thanks

Do I need to hold the camera upside down for you to view the pictures correctly? :)

I should be able to get them in the morning as I have a dinner to go to tonight and may not recall how import it is until the morning ;-)

    Prosit - Paul

Hi Paul. I've found a fair few photos of the mounts on www.bikepics.com, but I'm after pics of the actual mounting points, such as under the passenger grab rails, the anchor points on the rear footpegs, and the bar that runs behind the fender etc. And the installation instructions would be great to please.

    Thanks heaps.

Thanks a lot for you time and effort Paul. I am now convinced that I'll buy the factory mounts, and not bother trying to make my own.

Procrastiation always pays off immediately! Now I don't need to take off the license to get pictures of the plate. :)

Please enjoy a Fosters for my efforts once you get your rack installed.

    Prosit,
    Paul
