rode it. 67d here in Raleigh, NC. ran some errands and turned over 9k. I have owned it since 6/2014 and got it with just under 5.5k 514 miles a month, mostly riding on Sunday. That's pretty lame actually. I need to pick that up this spring.

If you are referring to the sound after I make my pass of the camera, those are actually canadian or snow geese on their migration north. We had 75,000 snow geese stop at a wildlife center about 10 miles north of where this was filmed. They are still passing by in great numbers.

Yep, that was the sound. It sounded like your pass set the dogs off but now that you have identified the source of the sound I can here it. We get the occasional goose flight but not in those numbers. My neighbors had a pair take a fancy to their pond. We kept an African goose for the longest time and it had a propensity for leaving copious piles of vile droppings on the porch.

I rode the living shit out of my bike today (0*C / 32*F) before Old Man Winter strikes again over night .... we're expecting some snow the next few days, thankfully, I don't think it will last more than a day or two before it disappears again.

94 out for a short ride to the Jap motorcycle show, then home and dropped the oil and did an oil change.
Got enthusiastic and pulled the whole upper fairing off so I can change the meter light globes.
If I have time I will flush coolant today and have a bit of a clean up under the fairings.

Installed top case I bought in Daytona at Speedweek. Got a good deal $70 free shipping. Made by AVE out of Miami. Looks like a Givi clone. Cheep mounting hardware though. I bought Stainless steel bolts and lock nuts. Mounted it to my Givi rack with a couple of spacers. Nice case rubber seal between halves, carry handle one key lock for top and to release.
