I am in Westminster. Not so far to keep me away from a good ride :) let me know when you start the rides.

Hey Front Range Viffers, was planning on heading up to Steamboat Springs via Hwy 14 (Poudre Canyon) this Saturday since the weather is suppose to be nice and wanted to see if anyone wanted to join.

It would be to Steamboat for lunch and then back. Ride will be departing from Berthoud. Not sure on the time yet. If you're interested, let me know.

I will get my bike back from the shop on Monday or Tuesday. Spent the last year trying to find time to do the maintenance myself to no avail. We decided to use all of our tax refund to maintain vehicles. $1400 later my wife's bike and mine are ready to ride. Our kids are big enough to leave with a sitter, and the wife isn't preggo (those are the things that kept us from riding). I can't wait to actually get some riding in for the first time in three years!

Same stuff; lots of good folks sprinkled in with a few trolls and a few uber sensitive individuals. Sort of like real life. Now we need a few more people with that sexy new VFR.

Dang snow/rain causing floods and bad weather so no riding this weekend. Next week should be much better hopefully. Love Colorado but for VFR sake, winter needs to end this year.

I have found that if you wanna be a rider in Colorado you need to be willing to ride in much wider conditions. Just because it snows in the morning doesn't mean you can't ride that afternoon if the snow melts. :)

I'll probably be out on my "sexy new VFR" next weekend (unless I'm stuck on flood duty at Bear Creek Dam). One good thing about all this crappy weather...finally gave it a good cleaning. She's all shined up and ready to go.

I got the Maggie back and she feels great! New fork seals, new chain and sprockets, all new fluids, new plugs. Now I gotta get some time to go flog her around some twisties. Danged rain keeps messing with my plans to do so though...

I'm in Arvada, 80th & Sheridan. I don't have a VFR but my '86 Minicepter can typically keep up on the curves, at least once the sand is gone.
