Sweet rides Bernie! Yes, it had to be Yellow. The Yellow 5th Gen is like Christie Brinkley in Vacation. One just can't stop staring :p

Nice ride! Also, neat little garage setup you have there to work on bike.

Thanks, but it's my friend's garage. He is a Pro. It was great observing. I have never seen a complete fork service, nor a tire change on my own bike.

So being the Internet Sales Manager at a Honda dealership you should be aware of the need to rectify the charging system on these bikes before it craps out and leaves you stranded by the roadside?

Rectify what ? Yes the rectifier can be a problem; but there are still much more 800fi's on the road without any problem than with a rectifier-issue.
Couldn't hurt although to give the rectifier extra cooling.

What area of Cleveland? I wonder if you were near me.

I am always curious what people pay if that is not too personal?

Sorry I should have chosen my words a bit better when I said rectify the problem I was not referring to the actual rectifier, I should have said, " FIX THE BLOODY PROBLEM" and we know what the problem is and we know what the fix is
