Hey Everyone, I am thankful for all the useful information I have found on this forum so far. Cant wait snoop around more. After a 20 year break from bike ownership, I am back on a new to me 2005 VFR and it feels great! Here in Kansas we might have a few more weeks of good riding weather so I will ride as long as I can. Then I am excited to tear the bike apart and fix it up. Thanks, Brian
Welcome! Congratulations on your bike. I just joined too and have found wonderful advice from helpful others!! I agree with duccmann...she's top heavy. What do you think? I picked up a 2006. I'm in the Land of Oz too! Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
Welcome to The World Wheatthin! I say ride until the weather changes, get to know the bike and use the winter down time to make any changes you feel she might need. For me, upgrading the suspension was the best ROI I got out of all the mods I've done!
What's with this Kansas thing, did I miss something.. oh yea, welcome to the fruit cake house.. you'll like it here.
:welcome: to the Zoo lad  Congratulation on your new ride, you got yourself the World Best machine. She will bring you happiness for many year to come. Post up picture of your ride before other peep calling you a VFR wanna be  Ride safe and ATGATT :thumb:
Plus 1 on the suspension upgrade (look up Daugherty Motorsports) number 2 IMO is an exhaust system to let that wonderful V4 sound play to your soul:loyal: And now, I call Poser on Wheatthin! No pictures! This is unacceptable. COME ON Wheatthin.layful:
