There is no way 475ml leaked out of my fork. It would be all over my bike and brakes, which it isn't.

 

Did you set the fluid level since you did the seal fix? You can do it with the forks still on the bike, but having them off the bike gives most accurate level.

 

I was trying my best to be a smart ass.. SMH, I failed miserably

Thanks, ya that parking garage tunnel is fun to listen to ones machine, the reverb is sweet. But it fell short there at the end when I ran into not one school bus, but two at the round about of all places just lousy timing where I had an itch to take it nicely then up around a couple nice bends. oh well, next time.

I do. I need long soul cleansing days in the saddle. My wife likes to go to the beach but give me the desert. Yeas ago, I was riding through New Mexico and the sun began to set. I pulled off the road and just sat and watched. The colors changed before my eyes from bright orange and yellow to purples and blacks as the shadows crawled across the desert floor. It reminded me of so many of the Southwest painters trying to capture the trick of light on canvas. Give me desert and give me weird rocks.

 

I have not. I didn't even think about that.

 

Looked at the rear tire and decided it had one more very hard twisty trip left in it. Don't waste rubbers.....; )
